For me, it wasn’t just about golf. Years of wear and tear caught up with me — from a lumbar injury to neck surgery, to a hip replacement. My body was breaking down, and the games I loved became harder, and the fun was overtaken by discomfort.But through rebuilding strength, mobility, and stability, I discovered how to recover and move better than ever. I’ve lived the journey, and now I help other golfers and sports lovers — especially those 50 and beyond — to restore their bodies… so they can keep playing, pain-free and with confidence.
